SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION

The Difference is Hands-On, Person-to-Person Support

WindsorMeade’s Hadley House offers the support, socialization and motivation that rehabilitation residents need. There will be ongoing support from our Clinical Liaison, a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), throughout the process. Hadley House encompasses 22 recently updated rooms with state-of-the-art Med-Mizer beds.

We are CARF accredited and have a 5-star CMS rating

CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation demonstrates that the community meets rigorous standards for service and quality, focusing on outcomes and continuous improvement.

5-star CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) ratings reflect excellence in health inspections, staffing and quality measures. Having 5-star ratings means the community excels in all these critical areas.

Tailored treatment plans

Assistance with activities of daily living, speech, physical or occupational therapies, medication management, ambulation, meals, medical care and many other services.

A superbly run household model

Our day shift includes a licensed nurse, a recreation therapist, a lifestyles enrichment coordinator, a RN supervisor, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and culinary team members who also participate in resident care.

A tight-knit team with low turnover

Hadley House has an excellent team member-to-resident ratio with many CNAs and RNs having more than 10 years of service. WindsorMeade nursing team members take pride in filling any open shifts.
