We believe that the journey to satisfying your whole self reaches far beyond treadmills and eating right. That is why our innovative Pathways to Wellness program takes a more holistic approach that links everyone to the best in choices, resources and opportunities to reach their highest potential.

You will get your body moving in the state-of-the-art fitness center, which features EGYM equipment—exclusive in the Commonwealth of Virginia to WindsorMeade. It also offers CyberCycles, Matrix, NuStep and Senso Cardio machines.

Group exercise classes—from yoga to strength and balance to dance—bring people together and get the blood pumping. Our beautiful indoor pool features lap swimming, free swimming and water aerobics. You can also let your stress melt away in the relaxing spa.

Throughout our campus, social connections click and minds grow through partnerships with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute program at the College of William & Mary and the Lifelong Learning Society at Christopher Newport University.

There are art classes, woodworking, music programs, and opportunities to volunteer on and off campus. Group activities include computer networking, discussion groups and book clubs. Play pickleball, bocce ball or ping-pong. Stroll the miles of on-campus walking paths. Enjoy healthy, nutritious dining experiences.

WindsorMeade offers numerous opportunities to enhance your fitness level. From personal training and exercise classes to balance programs and water aerobics, our programs are a great way to build strength, develop greater self-esteem, and keep you looking and feeling great!
